This is what happens when a sudden thought eats your day and you find yourself 7 hours later, still in your pyjamas, but with a friendly Catbug in your house!

Captions have some detail about stages but basically I sat with the image and made it up as I went along, starting with the face. I might make a pattern for it so that I can cross-stitch my own Catbug too. The nice thing is that this Catbug pose can be given closed eyes, oven mitts, sugar peas…it’s really easy to alter now I’ve figured it out.

So yeah, a house full of Catbugs is on the cards :D

this is probably the only sex gif i will every reblog, because for some reason i feel like it’s more than just sex. i don’t know if it’s how they’re actually looking at one another or the way they can’t get close enough. he’s actually looking at her like a person and not just a sex object.

it’s a joke. the joke is that there is an incongruity between the text, which is an actual description of a sex gif i have copied and pasted, and the actual image. the juxtaposition is humorous because it is unexpected and ridiculous; not only for the obvious lack of sex between pooh and his target, but also because of lines such as “[…] how they’re actually looking at one another or the way they can’t get close enough.” this example is in direct opposition with the action of the .gif: pooh and the man are in the beginnings of a physical altercation, there is no intimacy here. they are looking at each other with fear on one end and aggression on the other, and if they were to be able to get “close enough,” it would lead pooh to strike this man with the bat. i hope this helps and that you are able to laugh at my joke. please laugh at my jokes.

Tumblr is going to create a lot of assholes by promoting this attitude

assholes are already going to be assholes though. how you interpret (and act on) this post probably says a lot about how you were going to turn out anyway.

the fact is that most people are taught to feel like it is not okay to “ditch a friend” or to just dump someone for “no reason” and will continue to be nice and interact with and coddle people who they don’t like and who affect their own lives in a negative way on a regular basis because that is what they’ve been taught is the “polite” and “correct” way and it’s a load of bullshit.

you DON’T have to stay friends with someone that everyone you know is friends with if they personally cause you distress. you DON’T have to stay in a relationship, romantic or otherwise, with someone if they make you uncomfortable, just because they are “nice” and you don’t have a concrete, tangible explanation for them or anyone who asks as to why they make you feel they way they do.

if you choose to stay in these relationships or friendships because it makes your life easier in other ways, or because you’re willing to take on the distress or discomfort you feel around this person to avoid upsetting them, that doesn’t make you less of a person either. but it is bullshit that this is the only acceptable or “mature” route and it is bullshit that people will make you feel badly for ending something that is damaging to you.

It’s like saying “I can’t believe you quit smoking when you KNOW all of your other friends smoke! You insensitive fucking jerk.”

p.s. this is also not to say that you should just constantly be awful to people who irritate you. there’s a line and each person needs to be able to draw their own
